Most of the staff are smug and rude. Guy behind the counter is an unhelpful idiot. There are one or two guys there that are really great, but still hate going in. Better of just spending a little extra money and getting a professional service done for whatever you need.

I have attempted to utilize the car washing services twice since we have been stationed and both times met with rude staff. My second visit ended with the staff, joking on about my inability to read signs. I will not be returning and hope the staff is provided some guidance on how to be kind to others.

Extremely rude and unfriendly attitudes from the staff. You're treated like you’re dumb for not knowing how to operate their equipment. Was going there helpful? Yes, I got my issue resolved, but I am not a mechanic. So belittling me just made me think they are not held to a standard of mutual respect. I should not have to ask for assistance from someone sitting and watching me struggle with a smirk like it’s funny, nor should I be made to feel dumb because I’m ignorant of mechanical work. I went their to learn, not be treated like I’m inferior.

The attendant was super efficient and kind when helping me remove my old tire off my rim. I’d ask for him by name if I could remember what it was ha!
The older gentleman, that I believe is the manager, never smiles. If he did, just every now and then, it would really make the place 5 star worthy!

Love the free use of tools. Also the clerks are very helpful and polite as well. Lifts were great and tools were everything that I needed for the job. Also love the cleaning procedures when you are done with your bay space (sweeping and moping after). Overall a great place!

Great place to get all your auto body fabrication done when you plan to do it in your own. Suggest bring your own tools and signing out whatever else you need. Also grab a pre paid card for the auto wash it makes things much simpler.
